As usual very good. I find the website very clear and comprehensive, also with the filter options it provides that other sites do not. The only thing I would suggest is to always give the post code for the car rental return address, which most satnavs use.

My experience with Carrentals was good save for the email sent later regarding quick pickup, which quoted different rates.

This was our first experience

This was our first experience with Carrentals and overall it was very good and ultimately we would be pleased to use Carrentals again. There was a couple of niggles. On our booking paperwork it showed a little logo of a car with the work Easy under it. We were looking for a company called Easy before realising ECH meant Easy Car Hire. Especially when you just turn up, with the first experience of a new provider, this was a bit daunting not finding the company you had already paid money to!
