Your customer service staff tried to be helpful, but it is complicated when there are multiple companies involved in the booking, i.e. Car Trawler and Easy Terra, and you get passed around from company to company in a situation which is already stressful.

Pretty straightforward when arranging the

Pretty straightforward when arranging the initial 30-day rental, but when I contacted the company to request an extension to the agreement I was told that carrentals could not help and merely referred me to Hertz, which was disappointing.
