Easy to use, although these extra charges at budget were misleading and we got charged for fuel even though we didn’t ask for this online. Feel the information between budget and car rentals needs to be slicker and more clear.

I will think twice before

I will think twice before using this service again. I’m extremely disappointed the cheapest car rental offered has led to these problems. Whilst I don’t blame carrentals.co.uk, it has left a nasty taste in my mouth.
