“Was a bit disappointed when realized had to pick hire car up from Holiday Inn, even worse when the company didn't have a shuttle bus and had to use local transport especially after a long flight, didn't know this when booking.
Great service when picking up the car but was unable to do a visual check due to bad light, was advised to check round the car in the morning & report any damage by 10am, marked on the rental sheet along with pictures, not a problem as I was staying locally with family and had access to Wi-Fi and camera on phone, would have been a problem if no access. Did report damage, car was great, better than what I'd booked, had it for 28 days, returned it with no problems, they had my pictures etc. Requested return of bus fare via e mail on returning home & reimbursed within a couple of weeks. Now I know the format would definitely use this company (Green Motion) again.”
