Easy website, easy phone contact when I had questions. Everything well-organized. Friendly staff. Have rented a car through this company several times and have always been very satisfied.

Good website easy to navigate

Good website easy to navigate and understand the different rental options. Finding that the rental desk at Sixt (the other rental I had covering the similar period) did hard upsel on breakdown cover even though it was included in the rental agreement purchased through carrentals. Used quite a lot of scaremongering tactics to get it added at our cost.

Good. Worry free rental worked well and was understood by avis. You could provide more info on how to deal with tolls in Florida. The easily available no cost pass was great but was not sinposted by yourselves. Rental companies push their own costly version.

No issues - but never getting the car on offer is a con and should be made clearer the fleet available. The parking area has lots of lovely cars that are never offered on the website - why is that?

Please see comment above. The booking process appeared good however it could have gone wrong with what we were presented on arrival at Vancouver. I booked a compact SUV and expected to get one, not something lesser. I chose not to complain at the time because I did not want to spoil the holiday for everyone else.
