To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Good website easy to navigate and understand the different rental options. Finding that the rental desk at Sixt (the other rental I had covering the similar period) did hard upsel on breakdown cover even though it was included in the rental agreement purchased through carrentals. Used quite a lot of scaremongering tactics to get it added at our cost.
