Richmond International (RIC) Airport is seven miles southeast of the capital of Virginia State, Richmond City. The geographical location of Richmond airport has contributed greatly to the growth and success of the airport itself. For the tourist the Blue Ridge Mountains and Virginia Beach are a short drive.
