The town of Hinckley is located in the southwest of Leicestershire, about 20 miles away from the city of Leicester. It has many main routes passing close by giving access to most of Britain. The M1 motorway runs north-south, as does the A5 which takes a route into Wales. Birmingham and Leicester are closely linked via the M69, which passes by Hinckley.

The market town dates back to Saxon times and was quite a large populated area for its time back in the 11th century. The market is still well done to this day in the square and attracts many people from the surrounding area.

With a car hire in Hinckley you can head around the town and visit the museum which is housed in an old 17th century row of cottages made mainly from timber; visit the site of the Battle of Bosworth and any of the churches in the surrounding villages.
