It is easy to find transportation to and from Playa de Palma and you will be able to enjoy the wide open spaces and interesting scenery along the way. For transportation inside the resort there is a fun mini train that will take you all the way along the promenade for your sight seeing and shopping. During the summer months, the nightlife is prominent here and most nightclubs and bars stay open all night into the early hours of the morning. It may not be suitable for families at that time or for anyone that want to get a good night's sleep.

The Balnearios are a feature of this resort town and are located all the way along the beach. They are little beach huts and are a feature of the area. They usually have toilet facilities and sell snacks and cold drinks.
