Benidorm La Cala Guide

La Cala in Benidorm is one of the nicest places in the town to be based and is an ideal spot for picking up cheap car hire in Benidorm La Cala, as it is well within walking distance of the beach and most hotels.

La Cala street is west of Benidorm proper and just over Playa de Poniente (Sunset beach). The main beach is Playa de Levante, farther east, which is within easy driving distance with car rental in Benidorm La Cala. La Cala is away from the brashness of town yet within easy driving distance of everything.

With car hire in Benidorm La Cala you can be in Caso Antiguo (the old town) in minutes. It is just along Avenue de la Armada Espanol to the east, and allows for some nice walking amid old squares and buildings. There are churches, markets and neat, little cafs here.

If you are taking advantage of car hire in Benidorm La Cala, heading southwest to Alicante is a must, while in the other direction is the nearby town of Altea. It has the perfect disposition, located as it is high above the sea. Farther afield are the resorts of Denia and Javea, while heading into the country is the Jalon Valley.

There is some nice driving here and into the Sierra de Mariola mountains. In addition, Valencia is also within reach of Benidorm with car hire in Benidorm La Cala. If you've got the time you could even make it up to Barcelona. There is a motorway all the way.

 What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

 Are there any additional costs?

In general, our rates are all-inclusive. Should there be any additional costs, our booking department will get in touch with you before issuing the invoice. Should you object, you can always cancel your reservation with no obligations attached (at least 48 hours in advance).

What kind of insurance is applicable to my car rental?

In general, Liability Insurance, Fire Insurance, All-Risks Insurance and Theft Insurance are included in the cost of your rental car.

 What is a worry-free label?
