All the rentals companies operating

All the rentals companies operating in FCO open at 7am. I was arriving at 6.30 with an intercontinental flight and had to wait until 8 for SBC to open, the only one doing so. That’s a stupid privilege for the employees which is harmful to the customers. Unacceptable.

When insuring through the site, it’s not recognized by any rental companies so we still have to pay the excess and if anything happens we would probably still have to pay and then after we apply with you we will get the refund. It’s better to insure at the desk if one wants to. You should seek to have your insurance accepted by the companies
