There is also a vineyard near The Abbey which many people like to take a stroll through. After you're done visiting inside the Abbey Church and the grounds then you can also take a walk through the Polish Cemetery, which is actually behind the Abbey. This cemetery has buried the many people who died during the Battle of Monte Cassino throughout the war.
