I was not impressed with

I was not impressed with our overall service. We did not receive the car we were promised. It was supposed to be an estate with plenty of boot room and instead it was a compact car. As a result we struggled to fit all of our luggage in. Furthermore, the check in desk had no idea that we needed a child seat. I regard this as the fault of carrentals.co.uk for not informing them properly. They had a spare seat available but it was too big and it didn't feel safe for our 2 year old. There was no other option so we had to take it but it was a constant cause of concern for the duration of the holiday and we probably ended up driving less than we would have liked.

10/10. Very simple. Great communication and guidance post booking. If it were possible to ‘pre qualify’ what you want or don’t want to buy with regard to upgrades, it would be a huge benefit to those that just want to turn up, get the keys, check the car over and get on the road. If you could do that, it would be a game changer for idiots like me (of which there are many).

Brive la Gaillarde is a commune located in the department of Corrze in the middle of the Massif Central, France.
