Did you choose 'Excess cover' or 'Extended cover'? Then we will reimburse you for the excess. Here's how it works:

  1. Go to our customer service page and select 'I have already booked', then log in.

  2. Select the reservation for which you want to submit a claim and choose 'I want to submit a claim'.

  3. Upload the necessary documents, such as the rental agreement and receipts or invoices for the damage.

  4. Sit back and relax. Our team will review your request as soon as possible. Once approved, you will receive a refund.
