Aarhus Airport is a civilian airport located in Kolind, Denmark. The airport is located about 40kms northeast of Aarhus.

The airport provides numerous facilities for its passengers including a bank, bureau exchange, several ATMs, first aid station and baby-changing rooms, found throughout the airport.

There are also several shops including a duty-free shop and a gift shop. Other shops and services include a newsagent, travel agent, tourist help desk and numerous restaurants, cafeterias and bars offering a wide range of refreshments and cuisines. The airport has made provisions for disabled passengers that include wheelchair and toilet accessibility.

The airport has good business facilities including a modern VIP lounge and good communication systems including fax, internet and international dialing facilities. Other comforts found in the VIP lounge include televisions, self-service snacks, beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), newspapers and magazines. The VIP lounge is located in the Departures Hall and is open to all passengers.

An airport bus service takes passengers from the airport to Aarhus and back; the service is available 24 hours.

Taxis are available from outside the terminal building; however, passengers wishing to book a taxi prior to their arrival can call: +45 8948 4848.

The airport can be reached with no trouble from Aarhus; just follow the main road from the city and join the E45 that heads towards the airport. Once on the E45, follow the signs to the airport.

Parking facilities are available at PI and P2 levels at the airport. Car park P2, located slightly farther away from the terminal, offers long-term parking. Short-term parking is available at car park 1, which is located closer to the terminal.
