“Efficient and Professional”

“Easy web site Excellent partners offering large choice of car selection at prices I can afford in Northern Italy. I find them efficient and professional I am a very regular car hire client”

Colin Morison Verona Villafranca Airport
“Smooth & simple, resulting in a good value car hire”

“The system worked well and presented the results clearly. The car hire options and costs were clearly presented, and the details were available for checking when required. The one weakness was failure to highlight that the price was a mixture of pounds paid at the website and Euros paid at pick-up until late in the process, so the price is not hard, as it includes some currency risk.”

Serving more than four million inhabitants of the breathtaking Veneto region is Verona Airport, also known as Verona Catullo Airport and Verona Villafranca Airport. This regional gateway is set about three miles southwest of the city’s exquisite Roman Amphitheatre and the famed fictional house of Shakespeare character Juliet. Car rental in Verona Airport can vastly augment a holiday in the area b providing visitors with the ability to venture onward at their own pace. However, those bound for the city itself can opt for taxi service or scheduled bus departures.

Who to Book With
Passengers at Verona Airport can hire cars directly at the airport via the following brands: Avis, Budget, Thrifty/Dollar, Hertz, Sixt, Locauto, Easycar, Maggiore and Car Italy. The car hire offices are located next to the P3 car park, opposite Terminal 2.

Driving
For drivers with experience of driving in Western Europe, motoring in Italy should be familiar. Here, you’ll drive on the right side of the road. Be cautious of the high numbers of motorbikes in cities. All passengers and the driver are required to wear seatbelts at all times. Those travelling north of Verona must be prepared for hazardous conditions from October through late spring. Do not block the fast lanes on motorways. Speed limits and parking violations are strictly enforced.
