What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

Are there any additional costs?

In general, our rates are all-inclusive. Should there be any additional costs, our booking department will get in touch with you before issuing the invoice. Should you object, you can always cancel your reservation with no obligations attached (at least 48 hours in advance).

What kind of insurance is applicable to my car rental?

In general, Liability Insurance, Fire Insurance, All-Risks Insurance and Theft Insurance are included in the cost of your rental car.

What is a worry-free label?

I phoned to change the

I phoned to change the time for pick up and return of the car. It was not a good experience. I was told I could not do it and encouraged to book an up grade. I wanted to change my booking and return by 4 hours from 10.00am to 2.oo pm. I was told it was not possible to change it. I was told a car would not be available. I said I would take the risk and ended up in cancelling my booking and then re booking on line. Not helpful. I almost did not use your site to re book.

We booked a Yaris or

We booked a Yaris or similar, but on arrival were allocated a larger Hyundai Accent which was too large for my wife to drive. ECCR at Hobart apparently have very few Yaris-sized cars. Fortunately we were going to be passing nearby a few days later so were able to substitute the Accent for a smaller Kia Rio for the rest of our trip, but Carrentals need to check more carefully what sort of cars are actually available - size does matter, and a bigger car than you've booked isn't necessarily acceptable to all customers.

Good range of vehicles available. The main problem was lack of information about the additional cost of a one-way hire. When you initially enter details of the desired hire, your website shows the same price as for returning to the same location. Only when you proceed with the actual booking does the additional one-way hire fee appear. This is seriously misleading.

You may have been to many great places in your time, but one of the best places you.ll ever visit is likely to be Orange, in New South Wales, Australia. This town has one of the best regional airports you might ever be in. The Orange airport is located in the perfect part of the city. From here, you can get to car hire places as well as hotels very quickly. This is a good thing too, because there is a lot to see and do here; you are going to want to get a move on. One reason why people fly into this city is to eat some of the gourmet food that is made here. This town is very well known for growing a lot of great fruits. However, ironically enough, oranges are not one of the fruits that are grown here.

After leaving Orange Airport and finding a car hire, you have to head over and see some of the vineyards they have here. This city is known for not only making great food but also great wine. You may have had great wine before, but how often do you get to visit a vineyard? Different types of vineyards are located all over the place in Australia, but the best ones can be found right here in Orange. This is one sight you are not going to want to pass up.

Finding a place to go on vacation is easy, however, finding a good place to go on vacation can be a little hard to do. Thanks to the regional airport they have in Orange city, this choice just got a lot easier. You are sure to have a good time and so will your family. A great vacation is all about spending quality time together, and this is one town that is gong to let you do just that.
