Car Rental & Transportation to and From San Sebastian Airport

Situated just 22kms from San Sebastian city centre, San Sebastian Airport is easily accessed by both private and public transportation. Access to the airport by road is from Irun and Hondarribia via the national N-638 main road. This road links to the N-1, connecting the airport with San Sebastian and the south of France, and to the A-8 Bilbao-Behobia motorway. The trip to San Sebastian takes about 20 minutes.

Buses to San Sebastian stop on the airport road thirty metres from the passenger terminal every 20 minutes. Current timetables are available from the airport information desk. Taxis are available from outside the terminal building and run to central San Sebastian and other locations along the coast.

There are two free car parks, with the main one located directly opposite the terminal building and suitable for short-term parking. Long-term parking is provided by a second car park located to the right of the terminal building. There is a pick-up and drop-off area right outside the terminal entrance, and assistance is available for the mobility impaired.
