Driving from Santa Cruz de Tenerife in the north of the island, travel along Highway Tenerife 1 (TF-1) for approximately 60km until the sign posted junction for the airport is reached.

Buses regularly operate from the airport to the central bus station in Santa Cruz de Tenerife (at La Avenida Maritima), North Tenerife Airport (for inter-island flights), Los Cristianos (for ferries to La Palma and La Gomera) and other locations on the island.

Taxis are also available and run to Santa Cruz de Tenerife, journeys lasting 60 minutes.

Over 1000 parking spaces for cars and buses are provided. 58 of the car parking spaces are free for a maximum stay of 15-minutes. Short- and long-term parking is located opposite the terminal building near the bus and taxi stops.
