A shuttle bus connects Sangster airport with the other principle airport on the island, Norman Manley International. The shuttle is run by Air Jamaica Express, and departs from outside the terminal on a regular basis, the journey takes several hours.

Taxis are available from outside the airport terminal, though you should ensure that it is an official taxi by seeking advise from the information resource desk inside the terminal.

If driving to the airport, you will find the terminal located 3 km north of the city, with all routes clearly signposted.

Carparks providing both short and long-term parking facilities are available at the airport.
