Flores Airport, located in Santa Cruz, is the only airport on the Ilha das Flores, Europe's westernmost point. From here one can see the Ilha do Corvo and, so the legend goes, America. The airport is located in the village of Santa Cruz and provides links to the other islands.

The airport has only one terminal which caters for all flights. The terminal building is lacking extensive facilities. Airport and flight information can be found at either the SATA Air Azores Desk (which doubles as the Lost and Found counter) or the Airport Operations Counter, while tickets and flight reservations can be organized at the SATA Air Azores Sales Desk. A tourism information counter is also provided.

The terminal does have a bar which serves light snacks, as well as a newsagency and tobacco stand. VIP assistance is available by phoning +469 (0) 292 592 212.

The main access to and from Flores Airport is by way of the island's regional roads. Taxis are available, and the island is also served by a public bus transport network with several lines.
