Welcome to the 2010/11 Carrentals.co.uk Road Sense road safety campaign, which this year looks at the issue of other road users and their potentially dangerous actions – we’re calling it ‘Hell is Other Drivers’!
We’ve been told by so many people that they feel one of the biggest dangers on the roads is other drivers, that we’ve decided to take action and highlight the importance of safe driving for everyone.
We’ve also developed our own Highway Code for Other Drivers, a light-hearted, but serious look at ways all drivers can be safer and more courteous on the roads. The aim is to encourage everyone to think more about their actions and how they can impact on the safety of themselves and others.
As part of this we’ve teamed up with the Highways Agency to bring you tips and advice on safe driving this winter, plus we’ve got a number of special offers to help you and your family stay safe, including discounts on reflective gear for children and winter clothing.
