There are a few great ways to get around Andorra, but the best two are by bus and car hire with sat nav.  Traveling by bus is the cheapest way to get around the country, as buses depart to many destinations during the day, which are located along the 3 main highways of the country.  Most of the buses depart from Placa Príncep Benlloch in Andorra la Vella, but others also leave from Ordino and La Massana.

There are a few things to remember about driving a car hire with sat nav, though.  The speed limit in populated areas is 40 km per hour, but it is 90 km per hour across the rest of Andorra.  Plus, there are two irritating things about getting around by driving.  These are the reckless local drivers and the horrible traffic jams of Andorra la Vella.  The traffic jams, however, can be avoiding by using the ring road on the town’s south side.
