Car Rental Stuttgart Airport - Transportation to and From Stuttgart Airport
Stuttgart Airport is located to the south of the city in the region of Baden–Wuttemberg and is linked to the city by all forms of transport, with frequent and convenient connections.
The airport is connected to central Stuttgart by commuter trains S2 (Schorndorf) and S3 (Backnang); trains depart every 10 to 20 minutes between 05:08 and 00:08 and take 30 minutes.
The following buses serve the airport: line 33 (Nuertlingen–Airport), line 825 (Tuebingen–Airport), line 7556 (Isny, Ravensburg – Airport), and line 809 (Neuenhaus, Aich – Airport) and (Schnellbusline Tuebingen, Reutlingen – Airport).
The airport is located just off autobahn A8 (Karlsruhe–Munich), at the exit for Stuttgart-Flughafen. To reach the city centre, take the Bundesstrasse B27.
There is a 24 hour taxi service to Stuttgart and the journey takes approximately 20 minutes.
Short-term parking is available in car parks P3-P6; for long-term (vacation) parking, passengers should use car parks P0, P2 and P10.
