Car Hire in Seville - Getting to Seville
Seville's San Pablo Airport is well served by a range of domestic and international airlines. The busiest airport in the region, however, is at Malaga. Getting to Seville from North American destinations usually involves a change in Madrid or Barcelona. Some choose to fly to Malaga and catch the train.
There are two long-distance bus stations in town, with frequent service to the rest of Andalucía, the Mediterranean Coast and points north of the Sierra Morena and Portugal. Prado de San Sebastian bus station is the main and most central of the two. Bus is the only way to get to the Algarve.
Trains depart from Santa Justa station, a 10-minute taxi ride from the centre, and head for main destinations through the country, including the East coast and its cities, Madrid and Barcelona. The hyper-speedy AVE service is the quickest way to cross this rather large peninsula.
Road routes out of Seville are easy to follow and not congested.
