Basketball is a tradition here for the Sangiorgese which has ruled basketball in Porto S. Giorgio for quite some time now. The main attractions of the town are its fish and beautiful beaches.
You have to taste the brodetto, the Marche fish stew of Porto S. Giorgio, which is served in many of the reasonably priced restaurants of the town.
