Orlando International Airport currently has five terminals. These are Airside Terminals 1, 2, 3, 4 and the Main Terminal. Nearly three-quarters of Orlando’s flights are domestic, explaining why Terminal’s 2 and 3 are dedicated solely to national destinations. The ‘AGT’ connects the gates to the main terminal.
The 80,000 passengers who pass through the airport daily are treated to some excellent facilities, including two dozen restaurants, several bars and a micro-brewery, a host of shops and a hotel. You can enjoy treats at yoghurt stands, bakery stores and pizzerias.
Shops at the airport include jewellers, a shop selling gifts for pets, various gift and duty-free stores, sweet shop, an electrical goods shop, newsagents, sunglasses shop, a watch shop, toyshops, Walt Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World stores, a leather goods shop, stationery, perfumery and clothing accessories shops.
Banking and ATM facilities, as well as currency exchange bureaux are available throughout Orlando airport.
Disabled facilities are good, with wheelchair accessibility, shuttle buses providing transport from satellite carparks, and TDD telephones located in the Main and Airside Terminals.
Internet kiosks are dotted around the airport for passengers’ convenience. Postal services are available, as well as telephones with data ports, fax machines and photocopying facilities.
Staffed information kiosks are situated in the main terminal in the Great Hall and in the hotel atrium, and are open from 0700-2100 ((+1) 407 825 2142). Courtesy telephones are also available throughout the terminal.
