Car Hire Nuremberg Airport
Mini guide to Nuremberg Airport
Nuremberg Airport handles over three million passengers a year, flying to 60 destinations directly, while a short connection to one of the European hubs offers easy access to New York, Rio or Tokyo.
There is one passenger terminal which deals with all flights. Essential facilities include a post office, bureau de change and two cash dispensers, located both in and outside the Arrivals hall.
The terminal offers an array of shops and eateries, including: restaurants, cafeterias and bars, a duty-free shop, newsagent and tobacconist. There is also a travel agent, a tourist help desk, first-aid and a baby/parent room.
Eight conference rooms of various sizes with space for up to 200 participants are available in the Mövenpick Conference Centre. Lufthansa offers suitable lounges with computer stations and internet access for its status customers (Frequent Traveller/Star Alliance Silver or Senator/Star Alliance Gold) and passengers with a first-class ticket.
Disabled facilities include: adapted toilets and telephones, as well as wheelchair accessible lifts. Special parking lots are available for disabled passengers in multi-story car parks P1 and P2. A 50 per cent discount off the normal parking rate is given on presentation of a disabled pass endorsed AG and/or BL.
The information counter is located on the ground floor directly beside the Noris Sky Lounge.
