Once in the city, you will find that rail services run from Newcastle Central station to destinations across Northeast England and Scotland and to London Kings Cross. Further information on rail services is available by contacting National Rail Enquiries (tel: + 44 (0) 8457 484 950).
Those who wish to reach the city by taxi, will find a service provided by the Airport Taxi Association, who operate a desk from within the terminal building. If you are driving to the airport, follow the A1 which connects with the A696, which in turn leads directly to the airport. The access road to the airport is well-signposted from the A1 Newcastle to Edinburgh road.
