The Tri-Rail commuter train provides service from MIA to Broward and Palm Beach Counties and can be found east of the airport. A fixed-rail system also operates, providing transportation services to areas throughout Dade County. Shuttle connections to railway platforms are available from the Concourse E Bus Station opposite the U.S. Customs office.
Taxis and SuperShuttle vans are in service 24 hours per day and are waiting on the arrival and departure levels at MIA. Reservations are not needed for either service originating at MIA. Prices may vary depending on the destination.
Directions to the airport by road are as follows: Arriving from Northern cities such as Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach, take the I-95 South to State Road 112 then follow signs on LeJeune Road to the airport. From Miami city to the airport, take I-95 North to Westbound 836 then follow signs to the airport.
