The Macon TGV Station is the larger of the two Macon Rail Stations and is referred to as ‘Macon Loché TGV station’ because of its proximity to the neighbouring town of Loché.

The major hub of Lyon Part Dieu is just a short train ride away, making it possible to reach a vast number of destinations, including Geneva and Brussels. From Paris, the journey to Macon by the TGV service takes approximately 1 hour and 35 minutes.
The Macon TGV Station has basic passenger services, including seating areas, toilets, public phone boxes, vending machines, a bar and a lost and found office.
