This represents a union of all the different quarters of the city that were present in the medieval times and is celebrated with a parade through the streets of Lavagna along with the baking of a huge cake during the festivity.

In addition to the main sights, Lavagna boasts of a spectacular and straight beach that draws huge crowds especially during the month of August. So, if you are a beach lover then you should definitely head to this city, which is also a fishing port.
