The windward beach is less accessible to tourists as the sea conditions are very wild in this area. An excellent view of both the beaches can be seen from the Pico de Zarza.
Beyond, in the other end of the peninsula is the wilderness that is worth exploring. It is recommended to take a local as a helping hand and to hire a 4X4 vehicle to travel and explore these areas.
