Indianapolis International Airport has one terminal with four concourses: A, B, C, and D. Collectively they share the long list of flight services to both domestic and international destinations offered by the airport. The majority of airline companies are American and most of the flights scheduled to and from Indianapolis are internal.
The airport is fairly small, taking no longer than 5 to 10 minutes on foot from one end of the building to the other. There is a main food court area in the terminal, offering a wide range of international cuisine.
You will also find a reasonable variety of shops and bars, including a TGI Fridays and a Starbucks serving sandwiches and light snacks. Indianapolis International Airport has an observation deck which is a nice place to relax and wait for your flight. Banks and ATM machines are widely available, as well as the Travelex kiosk, which offers currency exchange services.
Luggage carts can be rented for $1.50 and provide a 25¢ refund upon return. Storage lockers are located post-security checkpoints, on Concourses A and C. Here you will also find the airport duty free shops.
For business, a rentable boardroom is available in the ticket area and US Airways provide club rooms on concourse D. Throughout the terminal you will find telephones equipped with fax machines and data ports for internet access. There is a special Premier Business Class Parking facility situated at the front of the long-term carpark. Free shuttle buses operate from here to the terminal.
The tiger and economy carpark have designated areas for disabled drivers. The airport is also equipped with ramps and specially fitted toilets. Assistance is available from the airlines and from the Skycaps check-in porters.
