Car Rental & Transportation to and From Houston Airport

The airport’s bus services, provided by Coach USA and Express Shuttle USA, offer connections with all major towns and tourist attractions in the vicinity of the city. The Houston Metropolitan Transit Authority (METRO) also offers bus connections and is located outside Terminal C.

Many local hotels also advertise taxi-van pick-up services from the airport. These can be booked using the courtesy telephones situated in the baggage claim area.

Road access to and from the airport is possible using four separate routes. These are: Highway 59, Interstate 45, the Hardy Toll Road and the Sam Houston Toll Road (Beltway 8).

IAH provides nearly 25,000 parking spaces in and around the airport grounds, all including free shuttle services to and from the four terminals. The airport provides hourly and economy parking, long stay parking and a guaranteed parking facility called Surepark, which guarantees spaces and shorter queuing times.
