Car Rental Graz Airport - Transportation to and From Graz Airport
There are public bus services provided to take you from the airports train station to Graz Central Train Station, from where you can connect to city destinations or other neighbouring areas. The bus stop is located right in front of the passenger terminal.
You can also take a train to the city centre from the Graz Airport to Feldkirchen Station, which is only 300 metres from the terminal. Alternatively, taxis are aplenty at the taxi stand in front of the Arrivals area. The taxi ride to the city takes about 15 to 20 minutes.
Driving to the airport is very easy. If you are coming from the south along the A9, turn off at the Kalsdorf exit towards the airport and follow the signs, taking a turn left to the airport.
If you are coming from the north on the A9, turn on to the A2 at the traffic junction Graz West to Wien, then turn off the A2 at the Flughafen Graz Feldkirchen exit, whlile those coming from the north on the A2 can turn off the A2 at the Flughafen Graz exit.
If coming from the south on the A2, turn off the A2 at the Flughafen Graz exit to Feldkirchen. If you are travelling on the B67 from the north on Triester strasse, take the road out of town to Feldkirchen. Follow the signs and turn right towards the airport.
With more than 2,200 parking spaces available at Graz Airport as well as parking spaces for people with disabilities, the airport caters to passengers needs and tries to ensure that everyone can find a parking space. There are automatic payment machines available for the payment of parking fees.
