There are more than 108 weekly flights into Owen Roberts International Airport, including 70 flights each week operating between Miami and Grand Cayman with connecting flights to Cayman Brac. Included in this are three direct, non-stop daily flights between Miami and Grand Cayman by Cayman Airways and three flights by American Airlines. Cayman Airways also provides regular services from Houston, Texas, Tampa, Florida and Kingston, Jamaica and a daily service to Cayman Brac.

There is one terminal at the airport, which is served by numerous airlines including American Airlines, Cayman Airways, Continental, Delta, Northwest, US Airways, BA and Virgin Atlantic. Flights from New York average 4 hours, while Miami may be reached in just over an hour. Nonstop flights from London and Paris take about 7 hours.

The airport handles under a million passengers a year, and provides ATMs and currency exchange facilities in the terminal building. Further facilities include a post office, a chemist and an auto-exchange machine.

For refreshment you will find a coffee shop, restaurant and a number of fast-food outlets in the terminal. A number if bars are also available in the terminal.

Business travellers will find some limited facilities in the VIP lounge, but should tend to more extensive work before arrival at the airport.
