Car Rental Girona Airport - Transportation to and From Girona Airport

Situated just 10 kilometres from Girona city centre, Girona – Costa Brava Airport is easily accessed by both private and public transportation. The airport is accessed by the N-II motorway (Madrid-La Junquera), the A-7 (Barcelona-France) and the C-25 (Girona-Lleida). These roads have exits which join the 1,700-metre road which leads to the airport.

Shuttles to Girona and Barcelona are provided by Ryanair Bus and leave from opposite the terminal building. The frequency of shuttle services is dependent upon the flight schedules. Taxis are available from outside the terminal building and run to central Girona and other locations along the coast.

There are two car parks, with the main one located directly opposite the terminal building and suitable for short-term parking. Long-term parking is provided by a second car park located to the right of the terminal building. There is a pick-up and drop-off area right outside the terminal entrance, and assistance is available for the mobility impaired.
