Eastbourne is a picturesque seaside resort at the foot of the lovely Eastbourne Downs and close to the famous white cliffs of Beachy Head. Popular with locals, it offers holiday-makers a host of attractions and activities.

The pedestrianised Eastbourne Precinct in the centre of the town, as well as the Langley and Arndale Shopping Centres, offer a shoppers’ paradise with both major retailers and specialist shops available. The pick of the leisure centres is the Sovereign Centre, boasting four pools, two flumes, a wave machine, sauna, and fitness centre. For dining out, the seafront and harbour areas and the town centre cater for all tastes, including Thai, French, Italian and seafood restaurants. The town also has a large number of bars and a few good nightclubs.
