Another wonderful piece of history is the Castle of Charles the 5th. It is here that you will find the town museum and the original excavations from what is believed to be the ancient Kroton site. There is an airport nearby for those that want to fly there, but otherwise the main mode of transportation will be along the main highway of Salerno-Reggio Calabria.
