Terminal 1 is the oldest of the three terminals at Paris Charles de Gaulle International Airport. The terminal is dedicated to servicing non-Air France flights and was built in the late 1960s.
The modern design, considered avant-garde at the time of construction, was the brain child of architect Paul Andreu. Charles de Gaulle International Airport is located only 16 miles from Paris and is easy to reach via public transportation.
Major airlines such as ANA, Icelandair, Gulf Air, Lufthansa, Singapore Airlines, Thai Airways and United Airlines are serviced in Terminal 1. Flight connections are available to myriad destinations worldwide as well as to European destinations.
