Car Rental & Transportation to and From Cagliari Elmas Airport

The airport is easily accessed by all means of transport. It is only six kilometres from the city centre. To drive to the airport, the airport is located off the S130 dual carriageway. Take the exit onto via del Trasvolatori.

Car parks are aplenty. There are 1,700 spaces dedicated both for short-term and long-term parking. Free-of-charge parking spaces for those who want to drop off or pick up passengers are located at three areas close to the airport, while other parking spaces are situated opposite the terminal.

Land Side Car Park is for short-term parking and is located near the Arrivals exit, ideal for those loading and unloading luggage, while the Long Stay Car Park can be found connected to the Departures area.

Buses from ARST Azienda Regionale Trasporti operate into city centre every 30 minutes, while shuttle buses also run to major towns and resorts. Taxis are available from in front of the terminal and some companies operate services 24 hours.
