Wherever you go, be it Frankfurt for a business meeting or Turkey for a beach holiday – you’re going to need money. But carrying your money about presents problems. What if you leave it on a sun lounger? Or you’re pick-pocketed in a bazaar? Then what? Perhaps it’s best to investigate alternatives to just carrying cash in your wallet. Here’s a run-down of some of our preferred methods of carrying money when you’re abroad. Cash You can still take cash, just be clever with it. Secure money belts are one method. You’ll look like a bit of a wally wearing one, though. You could go old school and stash your cash in a shoe or something. That’s a bit tacky, we admit.
