Our affiliate programme allows you to place links or banners on your website or in your newsletters that will help you refer clients to us. This means that your users and visitors will have an opportunity through you to rent a car through Carrentals.co.uk – thereby getting a great deal on car hire. If a car booking is generated through your link, we pay you a commission!

1. Click on the Sign Up Link
2. Read our Affiliate Agreement Terms
3. Fill out our short application form
4. We send you an email confirmation
5. Add links to your site and market your affiliate programme

1. Log into your Webgains account.
2. On the left hand side under Links, click on Text/Deeplink Generator
3. Select carrentals.co.uk in the first box
4. Click in the Target box – you will now see a code in the Link Code box, this is your text link.

1. Download our location list found here (listed under Files)
2. Find the codes to the locations you wish to create your links to
3. Login to your Webgains account
4. On the left hand under Links, click on Text/Deeplink Generator
5. Select carrentals.co.uk in the first box
6. Put the text the want to use as the link in the Text box for eg – Car Hire from Birmingham Airport
7. In the Click Target Box you need to put the following url adding in the location code that you got from our list where it says LOC_ID:http://www.carrentals.co.uk/?loc=LOC_ID
   SO FOR e.g. http://www.carrentals.co.uk/?loc=3180 For Birmingham Airport
8. Copy the code in the Link Code box below. This is your location specific text link

1. Visit the Location Banners page on the Carrentals website
2. Enter your Campaign ID into the first formfield (marked Step 1)
3. Enter the required town/city into the second formfield (marked Step 2)
4. Select your banner of choice (marked Step 3)
5. Click ‘Get Code’ button
6. Copy the code in the box. This is your location specific banner

1. Log into your Webgains account.
2. Click View sites/campaigns
3. Under Sites & Keyword Campaigns on the left navigation it lists all your sites with the ID number

When you sign up to Webgains, you are given a unique affiliate code for each site you register to the affiliate programme that you must use when you use any of our creativity on your site. This then allows us to track all bookings made by anyone who clicks through to our site from your site(s).

Carrentals.co.uk Affiliates earn at least 5% commission for online bookings, and with average net sale values of between £150 and £190, this can mean an average earning of around £9.00 per booking.

Affiliates are paid either weekly, one week in arrears or on a monthly basis at the end of the month following the transaction month. For UK based affiliates we make payment direct into your bank account or by cheque drawn on HSBC.

The Webgains reporting centre is designed to help you produce all types of reports; from executive summaries through to technical reports of each click generated. This means you can easily track what you’ve earned from each link on your website.

Once your application has been approved you will be sent a confirmation email. You will not be sent your login details. To login you must use the email address and password you provided when signing up. If you have forgotten your login details you can request a reminder from the Webgains website.
